Senate Bill 28 has passed the Texas Senate and is headed to the House! This is a big win for Texans. When we created the Texas Lottery our intention was to allow local Texans an opportunity to play and win, not to have out of state or overseas entities rig the game. This Texas Lottery reform bill strengthens existing statutes that the agency has ignored, enabling bad actors to exploit the system. It’s time to put an end to it.
