Revamping the process for the future is imperative, but we must also be mindful of the present. Drivers license offices here locally and around the state will soon be on the receiving end of their seasonal rush with school now out. The department is preparing for the summer rush by adding seasonal employees and affording new customer services options, but as customers there are steps we can take to ensure the best possible experience. I like to call it, know before you go.
